Questions
Is the price per pool?
Per body of water an inspector would open a log for: pool, spa or wading pool. The first one is $19 a month ($190 a year), each extra one $9 a month ($90 a year). Operators and inspector links are unlimited.
Do operators need their own account?
No. You share one operators' link; lifeguards and maintenance staff log from their phone with their name or initials. They cannot see the history or export. You can replace or revoke the link at any time.
What happens to my logs if I cancel?
You cancel online from “Manage subscription”; it runs until the end of the paid period. After that the log stays readable and exportable for your state's retention period: only new entries are closed.
Is sales tax added?
No US sales tax is added: PoolChemLog is supplied by KIPDEV SAS (France) to businesses only and is not registered to collect sales tax in any state. Where your state taxes software as a service, your business may owe use tax.
Can I try it first?
Yes: the digital log works on your phone without an account, for one pool, with your state's ranges. When you subscribe, the trial pool and its readings are imported.
